As friends and family are mostly not yet familiar with smart home lights, they constantly powered off my motion controlled Zigbee lights.

As they are familiar with the locations where typically wall switches are, I designed a cover which removes the functionality of switching the wall switch, but keeps the origin look, so they can't power off my lights anymore.

Also I'm in a rental apartment so I don't want to make modifications that are kind of permanent or take a lot of time rebuilding if I move out.

I'm unsure if this will work on all wall switch, I have at least one switch it will not work on, also it is designed for German style wall switches and I'm not sure in how many more countries this type of switch will be used..
