When myself and a few friends from work all decided to enter a fantasy football competition I though it would be a good idea if we had a trophy that the winner could keep for the year. And what better trophy than a scale replica of the Premier League trophy itself.
I downloaded a suitable image of the trophy and used CATIA to trace its profile to create the 3D model. The model is in three pieces, the base, the trophy and the crown, so that the different parts can be printed in different colours.
I have tried to find a suitable image of the lions that adorn the handles of the trophy, but unfortunately all the good quality images have the lions feet obscured by the ribbons. I'll keep trying to get these modelled and may upload them at a later date.

After struggling to top up the screen wash in my car without it going all over the place, I decided that it called for a bespoke funnel to make the task easier. It is designed around a 2014 Audi A7 which has the screen wash bottle right next to one of the bonnet hinges making it awkward to pour from a 5 litre container.
The spout fits neatly into the filler neck of the bottle whilst the incorporated stand helps to steady the funnel leaving both hands free for pouring. 
First world problems and all that, but hey, I've got a 3D printer so why not.

Version 2 - Although my original design seemed to work quite well, and judging by the amount of downloads it's had it's also helped others too, but there was one small design tweak that I felt was needed to optimise the design. I've now added a small vent to allow the air to escape as the washer bottle is filled with screenwash. I haven't tried it yet, but I've no reason to think that it wouldn't work.

I've always been cautious about disposing of any sharp blades for the fear of some unsuspecting person cutting themselves whilst handling the rubbish. For this reason I have always taken the time to carefully wrap up any sharps before disposing of them. The solution was quite simple really... a sharps bin. I realise that they are quite cheap to buy, but it's very convenient to just print one as I need it.
I haven't yet filled the first one yet, but when it is full I shall stick a few layers of strong tape over the slot before disposing of the whole container.

While learning Fusion 360 I was looking for ideas of what to model, when I remembered that I had been using a supermarket loyalty card to scrape the ice from my windscreen on icy mornings. I realise that these things are quite cheap to buy, but it was still a good learning exercise. The end result was a very usable ice scraper that was comfortable and effective to use.

With the recent launch of the new 1 pound coin in the UK, I found that I started to get lots of these shiny new nuggets in my change. I thought that it might be a good idea to start saving them for no particular reason other than I couldn't bear to part with them.
Anyway, I decided to design a money box to save my pound coins in rather than leaving them loose. The design I went for is modelled on the pound coin itself, 11 of them actually, scaled up by a ratio of 4:1 in a stack with a slight rotation as they rise up. The top coin is actually the lid which is an easy fit so it won't stop you (or anyone else) from dipping into it when you need change for parking or bus fare.

Stand for the Oral-B Smart Guide that comes with Braun Oral-B Smart Series 6500. I would imagine that other Braun electric toothbrushes that include a Smart Guide would be the same dimensions although I couldn't say for sure.
