Here's a mod for the FLSUN super racer end effector. (I have now uploaded a main body which accommodates sherpa mini.)

Using a HGX Lite extruder and 3x 5015 fans you can convert the bowden setup to direct drive with improved cooling.

There are only 3 bespoke parts to print - the extruder mount (x1), nozzle ducts (x2) and 5015 fan mounts (x3). all of the complexity is in the main body. The hot end heatsink will need modification - the bowden tube mount needs to be trimmed off leaving only the basic heatsink behind - this should be 25mm high.

The hot end cooling fan also bypasses air towards the extruder stepper motor to control temps

4x m3 heat set inserts required for the extruder mount & zipties for wire management and fan mounts.

I ran at 100% infill but does effect weight. Wasn’t sure if printing at a lower infill would effect the heat insert pilot holes so I just ran it at 100%.

Hello. Thanks for this project. It's great. The only comment I have, is that I think there's an error in sherpa version - the middle air duct has a small hole in lower 1/4 of height. Could you please repair it?
