- visit dafont (here) and search your font, like the one I used (direct link)
- download the zip
- unzip the file
- select the font file
- hold Ctrl+Shift and click with mouse right button
- click "install for all users"
- open your slicer and the font will woks ;-)

Your Bambu Labs video is out of date, as I tried to follow it down to running it over and over to make sure I was not missing a step, and it fails every time when trying to modify the name, the star over powers the name and it doesn't even look like your finished version as the name is still lower and over writen by the star.
