It has a nice friction fit, but needs 2-4 small pieces of VHB tape to be secure.
Print in PETG (recommended) or ABS/ASA. With ASA I recommend adding a brim.
PLA will work, but the top tab that provides some positive locking feedback will wear out as it's designed to flex a small amount.
Print with 3 walls, 15% infill.
Fusion 360 file is attached. The bottom hole needs ~1mm offset.
