They are surprisingly strong when printed with 4+ walls/perimeters. Almost every model comes with thin variant that just uses less material. When in doubt, go larger!
All of these are printable without support, though the TH_Mini_long_braced does need decent cooling for the overhangs. If you are printing with something like a stock ender 3 that has pretty weak part cooling, I'd slow down for the first print just to make sure you don't get much sagging then bump up the speed if you feel comfortable.
Ideally you want it as a solid part. PLA is perfectly fine for most but you could print in PETG or ASA/ABS if you felt so inclined.
