From MMPR this was used against the Octophantom by Jason the red ranger after all of the other Rangers were captured. It is Triceratops symbolled shield, consisting of 3 parts, that flips open to reveal a shiny mirror within it. The file also includes the hand held mini mirror as well.

The mirror will require a pin in the hinges for assembly.
