files should have multiple objects for multi material printing. tolerance for the connecting post is 0.05mm (0.1mm if measuring diameter, idk how people usually measure this). should press fit together, if it doesnt stick you can glue it or something. if you need more tolerance you can edit the FreeCAD file or place a negative volume in your slicer to cut away more of the hole.
