This print attaches a USB C PD power board to the DC barrel in the TS100. This enables the use the iron with just a USB C cable instead of having to carry a separate DC adapter.

Parts I used in addition to the print:

• 20V version of the following USB-C PD power board: PDC004-PD decoy module 20V

• A longer M2 screw to replace the original TS100 screw and attach the print

• A stripped DC barrel plug. This was done by taking a normal cable and peeling the plastic away with some wire pliers

• Two silicon wires
