One of the corner arms on my 10-person dark room tent from <name brand here> broke after the first night. <name brand here> was kind enough to send me a brand new tent but I didn't want to throw out a brand new tent that only needed one small plastic piece to hold the lower rod.

The smaller hole that holds in the rod uses a #4 3/8" sheet metal screw. The larger hole takes the original pin and acts as a hinge.

I'm not sure if this will work with smaller tents but the design could certainly be modified and scaled down.
