Here is my submission to the #3dpnspeakercover contest. I've always thought the speaker enclosure this is designed for looked a little alien. I decided to give it a mouth. The old fashioned microphone acts as the speaker grill. In my renders, I believe I need to include a single eye over the mouth and maybe some kind of hair to sit on top.
Either the model can be printed as a single object where I would recommend a color swap after the lips are finished to get the desired effect of the microphone being separate.
If you wish to print individual colors, lips are to be installed first and the microphone fits over the lips, then the bolts can be installed to hold everything in place.
Only 4 screws are needed to hold this speaker cover design in place.
