Model Details: Scale: At 100% scale, Waluigi measures approximately 8.50 inches (216mm) tall. At 200% he measures 17in (432mm) I've included two print profiles, 100% and 200%. Scaling up should not be an issue. But if you scale down, tolerances can get very tight. For the 200% print profile, all parts are scaled to 200%. However, some parts have been specially adjusted for this size to ensure the best fit. If you want to scale even larger, simply increase the size from the 200% profile, keeping in mind that the new scale will be a multiple of the 100% profile.

Part Details Boots are labeled L and R (corresponding to his left and right). Left hand "L" pieces (purple and yellow) are marked with an "L" on the back for easy identification. Top teeth have a small circular cutout on the bottom for identification.

Mouth assembly: Insert the red inner mouth parts first (top first, then bottom). You can glue the tongue on the bottom inner red first. Attach the teeth afterward. Firmly press in the bottom teeth so they fit snugly inside his lip.

Eyebrows & Mustache: The flat printed side attaches to the face. Waluigi Assembly Instructions Legs & Boots: Attach the L and R boots to the legs.

Body Assembly: Insert the chest, right arm, and left arm into the body - firmly press the arms in. Attach the buttons.

Hands: Assemble the L and R hand "L" pieces (left pieces are marked with an "L" on the back). Insert the hands into the arms using the pins.

Hat: Build the hat patch using the yellow and purple L pieces, then attach it to the hat.

Mouth & Teeth: Glue the tongue onto the lower red inner mouth piece. Insert the top red inner mouth piece first, pressing firmly. Insert the lower red inner mouth piece, pressing firmly into place. Glue on the top teeth, then firmly press in the lower teeth so they fit properly inside his mouth.

Mustache & Facial Features: Glue on the L and R mustache pieces (flat side attaches to the face). Attach the nose with the pin. Attach the blue eyes to the face, followed by the white and black parts. Attach the eyebrows (flat side attaches to the face).

Hair & Hat Assembly: Attach the back hair piece to the head with the pin. Attach the hat. Attach the ears. Attach the side hair pieces. Finally, attach his head to his body and he's complete!
