Interestingly enough, v3.5 does appear in the similar lists now for Rev1 and 2, though when first uploaded, it did not show in any lists. There are also now other additional similar models listed. Is this delay due to time needed to process the model and re-index?

Expectation was that it would be similar to Gloomhaven_Stairs_Rev1 and 2, since they are visually very similar. The model is most similar to Rev2, with the exception that the dimensions are slightly larger and the grout lines for the bricks/stone are deeper and more pronounced. So, at a high detail level, the models are significantly different. But from a conceptual standpoint, they are very similar.
