The classic game of hangman is now a book! Since I started the Playbook'd series, i've wanted to make hangman into a book.
Hangman is the classic paper / pen game. But not you can play it in real life!
Disguised as a book This design blends in on your bookshelf or table. But when you're ready to play, turn the page, open the book, and you're playing hangman.
Easy Storage This looks like a book when you're not playing. So you can store it anywhere! And since the covers hold together with magnets, all your pieces are secure inside. There are mangets to hold all the body parts, and a slot for all the letters.
How to Play Executioner: Pick a word up to 7 letters long. Place the leter into the slots, they will click in. The first letter of the word goes into the rightmost slot. Guesser: Guess a letter and flip up the cover to mark it as guessed. If you get it right, the executioner reveals a letter. If you get it wrong, they add a piece to the man. (8 guesses total, starting with the rope). Win by guessing the word before the man gets hung.

instructions? the covers do not click into place, do I need to glue them?
Hi! It takes a bit more force than you think to get the covers on, they do snap in. You can also find the instructions linked in the description of this design.

Hi! We are working on an update to this issue. In the meantime, you can use a cloth under the book to help it stay standing.
Hello! Love your prints! I'm currently in the process of printing several. Question! How do you get the hangman book to stand up instead of slipping and falling?
Hi! I'm glad you love them. The rubber feet we have linked in "hardware" in the description, help keep the books from slipping. You could also use a cloth under the book if you don't have the rubber feet yet.

I Printed this but could not get the Gallows to fit in the book and close, did I do something wrong?
Hi! We've seen a few people with this issue. You need to make sure you don't have the spine in upside-down. Once it's the right way it will close. (check the instructions pictures for the proper orientation.)
