Mount for GeekPub USB controller

Mounts the GeekPub USB controller to an arcade build chassis.

Designed to accept M3x8 heat set inserts (with 4mm outer diameter) to attach/detach the board easily with M3 screws and attached into an arcade build with countersunk wood screws.
