A DIY Powerbank that holds 4 18650 lithium ion cells.
Other Materials Required:
- 4 18650 lithium ion batteries
- 22.5 W Powerbank module ( ref link: https://my.shp.ee/8Wy2J2U)
- 3 M2.5 x 12 screws (to mount the powerbank cover)
- 2 M2.5 x 6 screws (to mount the powerbank module)
- 1 M2.5 x 4 screw (for decoration)
- Some solid transparent sheets
- Superglue
Precautions:
- Ensure that all solder/welding connections are secure
- Check that all batteries used are of similar brand and capacity
- Ensure the batteries have at least a 5A drain capacity
Installation:

Print all files. (Carbon black PLA was used for the body and cover white white ABS was used for the extended (decoration) file.

Spot weld/ solder 4 18650 batteries in parallel. Ensure all batteries have the same voltage/ capacity before making the connections.

Solder wires from the battery pack to the powerbank module. Ensure everything works before putting it in the casing.

Secure the powerbank module to the casing using screws. Install the cover.

Superglue a transparent piece of plastic film, decoration pieces and the button (included in the cover file).
