After I made my last wallet, I was prompted to make one that was a little larger to use for traveling, specifically to hold a passport. This turned into a larger project, with multiple pieces that can be printed for either the left, or right side of the wallet.

I recommend using a TPU with a shore hardness of 90a. TPU with a greater shore hardness will still work, it just won't be as malleable. You can also mix and match panel colors, use a part modifier to imprint color using a multi TPU machine. You could use a UV laser to engrave a more intricate pattern, or a desktop UV printer to create a personalized accessory to call your own.

There are two back panel variables, one that has no closure, and another that uses 18mm magnetic snap closures found here - https://a.co/d/019geFKx

The middle piece is required and has no variables.

You can choose to keep it very simple with a small pouch on both sides for a passport, or you can expand by choosing a vertical pouch (with or without holes for additional cards). You can skip the vertical pouch all together and just stick with the card holder for the left side.

You can also go all out and print all of the pieces for the ultimate wallet for your passport (I'm printing up this version, now). This would have space for 12 cards, 2 vertical pouches for documents, 2 side loading pouches (1 for passport), and the back bill fold pouch.

There is an instructional video included for a previous generation of wallet, but the technique still holds true.
