I've always been fascinated with Cthulhu's design from the first time I saw it. This model was inspired by that fascination. It is designed to print with a .20 layer height and 2 walls. A brim may be needed if your printer's adhesion isn't dialed in. You should be able to size up fine, but I personally wouldn't size down too much, as it may cause issues.
