print the body upright and print the lid with with the large flat surface facing down. to use insert a 2mm diameter nail inside of the hole of your choice then insert two in to the lock holes at the bottom. print with as low layer heights as possible so the holes will fit well. if it does not fit well heat up the nail then insert to melt the plastic.
