Transformers Hot rod targetmaster adapter

Adapter for putting a targetmaster on SS86 Hot rod's car mode.

This might not be perfect, I have a prototype one I cut down slightly and made those changes to this model. It may require some sanding or glue to the hole. The tabs for the roof should be okay though.
