Inspired by benzz88's millennium falcon kit card, but more roughly to scale with the x-wing, y-wing and tie fighter models we've been collecting at the office.
This was designed to snap together when printed on my homemade hypercube300 printer which apparently overextruded quite a bit, so you may have to adjust the holes, or use a little glue depending on how dialed in your printer is.

Notes: I printed mine low and slow to get the most detail.
Speed: 25mm/s Temp: 195C Layer Height: 0.1mm Heated Bed: 60C Filament: Hatchbox PLA Cool Gray
Post-Printing There is a lot of surface area in contact with the bed, so remove carefully if you want to keep the card intact for gifting to others. An assembly instruction pdf is included to help with putting it all together.
Printed card is 180mm X 170mm to fit on 200mm X 200mm printers. Assembled Model is roughly 120mm X 85mm.
