Technical Specifications (Designed with Tolerances):

• Board Slot Width: 3.1mm (ideal for standard 3mm boards).
• Cardstock Slot Width: 0.4mm (perfect, tight-tolerance fit for 180-210gsm thick cardstock).
• Cardstock Flexibility: Curved design forces the paper into a gentle, smooth infinity curve.
• Freestanding and Stable: Wide, stable base prevents tipping.

Printing Recommendations:

• Orientation: lay flat along the side to minimize support. i also uploaded the print-ready file consist of 2 pieces.
• Supports: no supports are needed, but consider a small brim for bed adhesion.
• Layer Height: Due to the tight 0.4mm slot tolerance, a lower layer height is recommended (0.16mm or lower) to ensure a clean slot. Tried 0.2mm it also works but little bit tight
• Material: Strong materials like PLA+ or PETG are recommended for durability.
