This model is restricted by licensing terms. 

This is a real nice print, one of my recent favourites! It looks good front lit, but also looks amazing backlit! It makes full use of HueForge's ability to allow you to print both a painting and a lithophane (but without the boring 'just white' look of normal lithophanes).

If you have a source of light, an LED panel or something similar you can place behind it - it will be an eye-catching piece for sure. The photos do NOT do it justice.

It does, however, take 8 hours to print. So... have patience!

The included 3MF will have the layer swaps already pre-loaded, but if you don't want to use my settings you can download the STL and follow the instructions below!

Print Instructions Project: Xray Hibiscus.hfp Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.04mm with a base layer of 0.2mm

The Model is 200x200mm in size You may print at higher layer heights below the Min Depth of 0.4mm The Max Depth is 2mm and the Actual Depth is 1.8mm

Filaments Used:

  • PLA Kingroon White Transmission Distance: 5.8
  • PLA BambuLab Basic Pink Transmission Distance: 6.6
  • PLA BambuLab Tough Vermilion Red Transmission Distance: 3
  • PLA+ Overture Dark Blue Transmission Distance: 4
  • PLA TECOR Light Blue Transmission Distance: 3.5
  • PLA Kingroon Black Transmission Distance: 0.3 This print uses 6 unique filaments

Swap Instructions:

  • Start with White
  • At layer 0.6mm swap to Pink
  • At layer 0.76mm swap to Vermilion Red
  • At layer 0.96mm swap to Dark Blue
  • At layer 1.16mm swap to Light Blue
  • At layer 1.56mm swap to Black for the rest.
