Oversized Squirtle Pokemon Card - Wall Mountable Frame Compatible

This version of the model is has been adjusted and resized in conjunction with the collaboration with TheCraftyMaker's Hueforge Wall Mountable Frame.

This print is now 210mmx150mm, slides in perfectly into the frame. I recommend using the version of the frame with the thinner border to showcase the full Pokemon card.

Please download the files titled 'SquirtleFinalSmall' (either the 3MF or the STL) for the version that fits the frame.

This uses 5 different filament colours, with blue repeated for Squirtle at the end of the print. If you do not have an AMS, no fear! Just download the 3MF file and instead of a filament change, insert a pause at the correct layer heights and manually load and unload the filament spool yourself before resuming the print.

If you are using a Bambu Lab printer or Bambu Studio, all settings will have been applied to the 3MF file. If you do not want to use that, please download the STL file and apply the recommended settings below.

Print Instructions: For the HueForge part of the print (0mm - 2.12mm):

• Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.2mm

For the Squirtle part of the model (2.12mm - 35mm):

• Print at 5% infill (I used rectilinear), 3 walls, 3 tops, and 3 bottoms.
• Using a layer height modifier, modify the layer height for this range to 0.16mm so that the print goes faster.
• No supports are required

Filaments Used:

• PLA Kingroon Black Transmission Distance: 0.4

• PLA BambuLab Basic BambuLab Green Transmission Distance: 8

• PLA META Sunlu Teal Transmission Distance: 5.4

• PLA Kingroon White Transmission Distance: 8

• PLA CC3D Lemon Yellow Transmission Distance: 8

Swap Instructions:

• Start with Black
• At 0.92mm swap to BambuLab Green
• At 1.32mm swap to Teal
• At 1.56mm swap to White
• At 1.80mm swap to Yellow
• At 2.12mm swap to Teal (for Squirtle)

Post Processing: I suggest painting the Squirtle by hand, using paint pens.
