It now prints in 2 pieces which allows printing without supports and eliminates the error-prone parts of the older model.

The threads might require a bit of breaking in to go smoothly. Rubbing an unscented candle against the threads works perfectly for a lubricant.

I designed this because the JX Pro's handle would always wobble when set down flat and I didn't like how much room it would take up when sitting on top of the JX Pro body. Since the handle is curved, I added the cutout near the bottom to make it easier to insert and remove the handle straight up and down (without having to rotate and make room for the handle).

#### Description

This is an air scoop to allow forced-air intake through the driver-side fog light grille on a Volvo P2 R. There is an existing product that fits this space, but this version offers a few improvements:
  - Longer coupler area to easily fit the hose onto the scoop
  - Closer fit to the fog light grille for more secure placement
  - Allows you to source your own parts for the hose (I used [this one](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0RH9PH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s03?ie=UTF8&psc=1) with the 2.5" scoop rather than buying a whole kit

I included 5 files here:
  - Scoop with 2" hose coupler
  - Scoop with 2.5" hose coupler
  - 2" coupler for air box
  - 2.5" coupler for air box
  - 2" plug for old hole if relocating on air box
  - Splitter for using scoop on both sides

#### Passenger Side
I recently uploaded the passenger-side version but I haven’t tested it out yet.

I also included a splitter so you can route the 2" tube from the passenger-side to the driver-side instead of trying to route all the way to the box.


#### Use ABS!

Since these are used in an outdoor and automotive application, **definitely print with something like ABS or ASA for higher temperature resistance**. While ABS filaments are not technically rated for automotive applications, the scoop is away from engine heat and the I haven't had any issues yet with the coupler on the air box (haven't tested it in AZ summers yet though).

Volvo P2 R fog light intake

This helps to get even watering of a potted plant. I am currently using it in an indoor garden on each of my plants. There were a few other designs already on here, but none of them were the correct size for me. I used [this customizable design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:158717) for the hose barb.

Currently, this has the following dimensions:
- Tube ID/barb OD: 5mm
- Halo ID: 100mm
- Halo width: 5mm
- Degrees of opening: 45

I included a few different models with 0, 6, or 8 water holes. I am using 6 and haven't tried 8. 0 is a good option if you want to drill holes in specific locations along the halo.

I mostly buy Hatchbox filaments and noticed that the boxes are pretty nice quality and are a great size for organizing small electronics parts and 3D printed parts. These use a lot of filament so you might be better off buying some cheap drawers at the dollar store, but these have the benefit of the drawers being boxes that can be removed when you need to take your parts to a workbench. It prints in 3 parts so I could fit it on my Ender 3 Pro (still barely fits).

I also designed and printed these labels as well as some cubes for organizing small parts inside of the boxes, but those are pretty simple designs. Let me know if you want access to those files.

Stackable Drawers for Hatchbox Filament Box

I loved this original design, but didn't like how wide the headphone band basket was since my QC35 band is about 30mm wide. I also didn't like how low the original model would hang my headphones below my desk. Both of these things are fixed in this remix.

These boxes are inserts for organizing small parts inside Hatchbox filament boxes. These are designed to fit 4x4 in the box so you can do any combination of sizes that adds up to that.

These parts are not a super tight fit in the box since I wanted to leave enough room for the side flaps to fit in place when closing the box.

I only included the box sizes that I have printed and used, but I made this a Customizer so you can get any size you want.

This is a holder I designed for easy access to Breathe Right strips. I included a few different models here to accommodate different storage preferences and number of strips.

Breathe Right Strip holder

I designed this mostly to hold the shower screens so they aren’t just spread out, and chose to add the tamper to add weight and give it a dedicated place. This should also work with any 58mm tamper.

If you have any requested customizations that you can't make on your own, let me know in the comments and I can try to help! One idea I had is to add another spot to hold the paper filters, but I don’t really use them.

This model is remixed to allow sliding a 5mm nickel battery strip through to contact the battery. This required some cutting with a box cutter blade to fit the strip through, but I preferred this because it keeps it more stable.

This is designed to mount a yoga mat to the wall. It is currently designed with a 100mm inner diameter and should fit any standard yoga mat. The top and bottom pieces are disconnected to make printing easier and have a configurable distance between the two parts.

This is a fix for [Volvo Part Number 9491713](https://www.volvopartswebstore.com/products/Volvo/Gas-spring/1194476/9491713.html).

The small plastic parts connecting this spring to the ball it hangs from broke off due to old age and I wanted to replace it. The part is pretty cheap, but it's a pain to install due to difficult to reach screws. Instead, I designed this part that can be glued onto the existing part without removing from the car. This was an easy, effective, and nearly free fix for this problem. All you have to do is clip off right below the existing ball socket and then slide this part over with some epoxy. There are a couple of holes that could be used for screws if you don't want to epoxy it.

This model is to fit [70mm Morimoto XB LED Fog Lights](https://www.morimotohid.com/morimoto-70mm-universal-xb-led-fog-lights) on a Volvo P2 R.

I bought my R bumper without any existing fog lights, so I did not even have the factory mounts. I struggled to find the factory fog light mounts for a reasonable price anywhere and didn't want to purchase a kit with factory-style fog lights and mount since I knew I would want to upgrade to LEDs.

This design ended up looking a bit janky since I had to do a lot of prototyping and test fitting before getting the final result. It works really well despite the strange look. I also added to the design to make these as secure and durable as possible.

Take a look at all the pictures to see how this fits. As shown in some pictures, due to the shape of the factory fog light grille, one side of the light sticks out through the hole and the other side still sits behind. This isn't really noticeable when casually looking and doesn't have any impact on the beam. **V2 is significantly improved over V1**

I believe I used the factory fog light mounting locations using the pegs and two M4 nuts and bolts. One of the images has these screws circled in red and another shows the view from behind. I used loctite on all the bolts for this application.

Print in the orientation shown in screenshot and definitely use supports. I used a lot of shells (I think 8) and 60% infill for increased durability.

I uploaded V2 (pictures coming soon). This basically rotates the light mount 17.5 degrees towards the outside edges of the car and makes it protrude a bit less. This fits the curve of the grilles much better, but is still not perfect.


Volvo P2 R Morimoto XB LED Fog Light Mount

I designed this to fit a 1.5" OLED display into a 52mm gauge pod that I had laying around so I could add a small arduino-controlled info display to my car.

This fits a 1.5" OLED display. I purchased [this one](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DB5YFGW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1), but I am sure there are others with identical dimensions.

The display fits pretty securely because I printed with ABS and inserted the display before it completely cooled. I added a layer of tape over the back for extra security and mounted it in the pod with double-sided tape.

This is a pretty basic holder for various sizes of circuit boards. It has slots for the following sizes:
- 2 x 8 cm

- 4 x 6 cm

- 7 x 9 cm

There is probably a more optimized way to fit all the different sizes together, but this works well enough :)

Circuit board organizer

This design is intended to be printed with a flexible material, like TPU, to create cushioning sleeves for the Cafelat Robot espresso maker.

I used Prusa Slicer to slice these with 1 outer perimeter and 25% grid infill to provide a nice amount of cushioning.

This is a maintenance work stand for Razor E100 series scooters (mine is E175). This is a simple stand that mounts on the rear wheel lugs, allowing you to work on the drivetrain while balancing the scooter and freely spinning the rear wheel.

Printed fine without supports. The curve of the top where the lugs sit had some minor issues, but no big deal.

Let me know if you're interested in a version that supports the frame instead of the lugs, so you could use it with the wheel removed. Thinking about doing this, but I don't need to print another one so it's not worth it for just me.
