Gridfinity Bambu Lab Improved Hotend Nozzle Holder

Luka made a nice model for the nozzle assembly itself, but the nozzles come with 2x M3-12 screws, a silicone sock, and thermal grease. Without a place to put these, they'll get separated and lost! Fortunately, there was plenty of room to fit them into the design. Voila!
