The goal of this project was to create a slingshot reel that can cast as far as a regular fishing reel setup. The project was successful because the slingshot reel can cast over 60 feet, is easy to print, and can actually land fish!

Printing: All parts print flat without support.

Assembly: Attach reel using electrical tape (acts as a comfortable grip). Insert caps into the ends of the elastic and stretch fit them into the grooves of the frame. Optionally a larger pouch can be added. I unthreaded the original pouch which was somewhat tricky and time consuming.
