SOFA HUB - COUCH ORGANIZER FOR REMOTE CONTROLS, PHONE, DRINKS...
09/09/2025 UPGRADE!! Do you have too much stuff in your Sofa Hub? I do!! That's why an upgrade has been implemented that can hold many more remote controls, objects, phones, jewelry, and who knows what else!
The dividing walls can be 3D printed or laser cut. I laser cut some beautiful dark wood that is 3mm thick, and I think it looks very elegant!
Are you tired of losing your remote control or glasses between the couch cushions? Now there's Sofa Hub, a great item holder for the sofa.
There are two modes of use:
- Sofa Hub without the fin, you can place it anywhere on the sofa;
- Sofa Hub with the fin, magnetically (or permanently with glue) attach the fin under the tray and slip the Sofa Hub between the sofa cushions. It will be integral to the sofa and you can use it to rest drinks, cans and more.
To better customize your Sofa Hub, I have included the DXF file for laser cutting so you can cut wood, fabric, or anything else. I used fleece, cut with my xTool M1 ULTRA laser (10W - 100 percent power, 35mm/s).
You can attach the fin with glue or with magnets (so you can detach it whenever you want). You need 10 magnets of 10mm diameter and 2mm thickness.

This couch organizer is such a clever solution for anyone who’s tired of digging through cushions or balancing the remote on the armrest—I mean, we’ve all been there! I love how it turns a regular couch into a cozy command center, perfect for those weekend binge-watching marathons. It instantly made me think of [Photocall TV](), where you’ve got access to so many channels right from your device—pairing that with a couch organizer just levels up the whole experience.
My printer is 220x220x220, so this model doesn't fit; unfortunately. :-( I wanted to print one for myself and one for my mom. Most of the model seemed to scale down OK at 85%, but the wholes for the magnets are another story. @af_inventions: Can you scale it down to fit a smaller plate and make it for 6x3mm magnets; I guess that instead of 5 magnets total the new model should accommodate for 7 magnets?
