I needed a fancy case for my Raspberry Pi so I remixed the GNK Power Droid from TanRu for either a Raspberry Pi 3 or 4.
I cleaned the original stl-File, split it into six parts for better printing, hollowed it and enlarged it so a Raspberry Pi will fit inside. I wasn't sure if I put a RPi3 or 4 inside, so I built a bottom part for each model. The print is made from six parts. The legs, the bottom lid, the bottom part (with mounts for a RPi), the top lid, the top and a baseplate, because the print is a bit top-heavy. I added a 5,5mm hole for a power/activity LED in the front, a hole for a power button and a mount for a 40mm fan on the top lid. The top half works for the RPi3 as well as for the RPi4 version.
I found out that printing version 1 of the body parts needed a lot support material. So I created for the RPi 4 body a version optimized for better printing. And I still work on making the parts better printable. Suggestions are welcome.
