On demand : The parts supporting the X-stepper and the cablechain. Not tested yet. I didn't have the time to do that yet. I recommend to print them in ABS as the stepper can become warm or even hot.
I made 2 new versions of the FT8 and FT9: FT8-V2.STL : has now a cavity for the heads of the bolts holding the endstop FT9.STL : cut out some plastic (insulation!) on top of the stepper to improve cooling a bit.
So printed and tested it. As a result I made a FT9V2.STL with a cavity for the bolts to the stepper. This allows to reuse the orginal bolts. You could also use the FT9.STL and use bolts that are 5mm longer as I did.
testing FT8 : I will move the stepper a bit more to the back to give some more room between the returning belt (most to Y=0) and the back of the header. FT9 : I made it in ABS and see that it is bending a bit upwards. So It needs to be a bit stiffer in the X-direction.
Added 2 new versions. Better aligned then the original ones..."
