This is an S-scale (1:64) model of a Great Western Railway Loriot L wagon (G13). Please read the notes for the same wagon uploaded at other scales, especially the OO one. It needs wheels with 31mm between pinpoints, scale 2'9" diameter, which I have also uploaded, and likewise DC III brake handles if you don't have another source or make your own. Wheels with longer axles, or a larger diameter, may need you to modify the model so you do not break the model getting the wheels in and out, and so they do not foul underneath the floor. In case there is shrinkage in the print, check the clearance for the axles and increase it, rather than force the W-irons apart when fitting wheels. Use a fine rat-tail file to deepen the grooves below the pinpoint cones, and the end of it to make sure the cone is empty right to the point, until minimal outward pressure on the axleguard is enough to let the second axle point drop in. Tan MJP is more brittle than the others, but my first print in it was OK and the only repair it has needed has been to re-attach one of the brake blocks, which are easy to knock off. Pictures show the model with MJP Crystal wheels fitted, and DC3 brake handles added. The end beams outside the wheels are split in the middle so that they do not further restrict the limited flex available to put the wheels in. I suggest filling the gap with a shim, and not fixing it permanently with a strongly bonded rigid adhesive.
