This is a 4mm:1ft (OO-scale) roof only for my Southern Diagramme 3105 plastic-bodied luggage van, British Rail PMV. You will require a body (no roof) and chassis (with detailing parts), wheels, and windows to fit into the sides (uploaded separately). If you don't want to order the roof and body in different plastics, but still want them separate parts, the PlasticPMV_4mm_60_separates model may be the better option. This model is also available as a single-piece combining sides/ends and roof. To model the van correctly, you will need a chassis which is LONGER than the body, because the vans were shock-absorbing by allowing limited sprung travel back and forth along the chassis. The roof should fit into the top of the body without filing, and/or may not require gluing. You will need to glue the body onto the chassis though, centrally. You could try to mount it with some sort of spring and weight arrangement it to give a realistic shock-absorbing movement, but expectation should be managed. The real vans were painted black, with some later being repainted into green.
