As with all of my projects, I wasn't completely happy with the other solutions. When I started this project I knew I wanted to make it easier and quicker to print. This was designed to be used with Munbyn printer labels but should also work with other brands. In this version, I have reworked the sides and added a tray up top to save space on your desk.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
Layer Height - 0.2mm - 0.3mm
Material - PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS

The roller should be the only part that needs support. The other parts, make sure they lay flat.

The model is not as tall as your last slider.  Consider checking the Full Range button or change your Depth Mode.

UPDATE 5-15-23
Added sides that hold a 608zz bearing. This was requested, so I am adding them to the project.
Added Tray v2 to allow longer M4-0.7 Flat head screw.
Added Tolerance print for the bearing side to see if your bearings will fit before you print the entire side.

Added second roller that fits the inside of the bearings tighter
Updated the bearing sides for the new roller

You need 2 sides, a roller, a tray, and 4 screws to build. If you choose the bearing sides, then you need 2 608zz bearings. The files are clearly marked for which are for use with bearings.

I wasn't satisfied with the guides that other designers put out there for their Samla boxes. I decided to make my own. These were designed with the Capricorn XS tubing in mind.

Needed: Everbilt Grommet 3/4in (1+). I am running a 22L Samla box so I can fit three roles. I bought 3 of these.

Included is what I called the oopsie adapter. If you accidently cut your wholes too big in your box, it may help save the project. I know it did for me.

I whipped this up after downloading another knob that needed the original Ender 3 knob glued to it. I personally rather potentially ruin a printed knob than the one that came with the printer.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS
Print Time: 20-30mins, depending on profile settings and slicer
Layer Height: 0.12mm-0.28mm, this is personal preference for quality.
Nozzle Temp: 200-210c, again this depends on filament used. I used Overture PLA Pro @ 210c
Bed Temp: 60c

Basic Ender 3 Knob

I wasn't satisfied with the other locks out there and how they gripped the wheels to lock them in place. There was still too much movement. I've designed a dual locking system that will keep the wheel lock snug and the wheel in place.

Please note these are for the upgraded Creality wheels and NOT the plastic stock wheels. Also note, the letter on the two clamps have been removed from the final upload. The dual lock also may not work for everyone. Single should work for most.

I found an already great design that was v-slot mounted and put my spin on it to make it t-nut mount. I did this due to wanting it to be mounted on the read side of the top bar on my Ender and not being able to get the v-slot mount on easily. This should print well as the mounting is based on a design I had done.
