This is a set of replacement parts for the 1/350 TOS Enterprise from Round 2. It replaces parts 27 and 28, which are the fantail with landing lights and the overlook above the doors. When lighting the model, even the clear parts are extremely difficult to mask. Photoetch doesn't make the process that much easier. These parts have the windows and lights cut out so no masking is required.

The fantail is also more accurate than the kit part because the lights' corners are perfectly squared, where the kit ones are rounded. The overlook has the extra central material removed as per kit instructions to fit a square LED. It's also more accurate, with its window 10% taller like studio model's.
