Out of stock the CNC 3020 router doesn't have limit switches mounted even if there is a sufficient number of inputs available on the controller. So I designed some mounts to adjust and fix the limit switches from type 105126SPGJL5375. The XZ-plate can be fixed on the existing bolt holes with a bit longer bolts. The other plates I glued for the moment to keep the warranty of the device. The wiring box also can be mounted with the bolt for the cable chain. I removed all paint in the bolts threads and was so able, to ground the device using a cable socket within the wiring box. The outstanding bolt on the front side of the box is the connector for the probe signal. Here can a clip terminal be contacted for connection to the sensor plate. Take care to draw the wire for the Y-switches as shown in the picture to prevent the shearing of the cable on the end of the moving area. I mounted an additional 5-terminal jack at the controllers case connected to the limit-switch and probe inputs of the connectors plate. The cable is drawn together with the spindles cable trough the cable chains to the wiring box on the portal.
