Headband of Disguise

This model is restricted by licensing terms.

This is our Headband of Disguise. We designed it with cosplayers, costumers, and casual nerds in mind. Our design features several fantastic attributes that make it the ultimate utility for head-worn accessories:

  • Accessories can be placed in various places along the headband.
  • Accessories are mechanically connected with keys that can rotate and be tightened to any angle.
  • The holes are counter-sunk to allow the screws to sit flush with the headband.
  • The headband can be hidden underneath a wig and the accessories clicked into place on top.

  • Filament - PETG
  • Nozzle - 0.4mm
  • Layer Height - 0.25mm

Key Boolean: We are also releasing the model to create a Key-hole in any project that might benefit from the Headband of Disguise. Simply add this model as a "Negative" to your creation and the resulting keyhole is the perfect fit! Just make it has the correct measurements when the model is imported:

  • X - 12.04 mm
  • Y - 08.14 mm
  • Z - 13.79 mm

Thank you so much for this amazing design! I went through about 18 iterations of horn wearing before finding these. It's perfect.

I have So Many more ideas for costuming now that I can wear head pieces comfortably!

Finally found m3 locally! Do you use superglue to help the nuts not move?

Would there be any way to do a version of the clips with more readily available hardware/nuts? Unfortunately every hardware store I've been to doesn't have smaller than M4...

Have a question about commercial licensing but only if there are specific ears and horns available too. Looked at store info but couldn’t see where to message
