Pyramid - 1 - Piranesi - Stacking
The Piranesi Pyramid is a modular, stackable light sculpture (or sculpture‑only object) built from repeating pyramid units and a base. The geometry was developed through a parametric workflow (Rhino + Grasshopper), so each unit aligns cleanly and the full stack reads like a contemporary architectural “totem” when assembled.
Aesthetically, it’s designed to feel both technical and meditative: crisp facets, rhythmic repetition, and a central light void that turns the stack into a glowing column. Spiritually (and intentionally), it’s about ritual + focus, the same way repeating forms in architecture can create a sense of calm, intention, and presence.
