KitchenAid Mixer Handle *Upgrade*

Kitchen Aid Mixers often have a bare metal rod as a handle for the bowl lifter. This works but it isn't ideal so I designed a sleek cover that is unobtrusive and more enjoyable to use. It swivels as you rotate the arm which improves the overall experience of using the mixer. I also made it about 28mm longer than the little metal rod so there's a bit more to hold onto. The wife gives it two thumbs up, so here's to hoping it will help someone else as well.
Dimensions: 70 x 28 x 14 mm (~2.8 x 1.1 x .6 in)
Printed Weight: ~14g (TPU/TPE)
PRINTING:
- 3mf included to help with print settings
- Print from the only flat side. No supports needed if you have good bridging.
- If you print with flex filament, you can decide how squishy it is with wall count and infill %. I opted for 4 walls and 12% infill so it is very sturdy with a little give.
- Fuzzy skin is nice on a small handle like this (try the 3mf file)
