You need: Print 2.0 14 connectors 14 Gears in total, consisting of: 1 "Gear 1" 3 "Gear 2" 3 "Gear 3" 3 "Gear 4" 3 "Gear 5" 1 "Gear 6" 1 "Heart"
There is also an "All" file. This file has everything you need on one plate.
Assembly: Watch this Video: https://youtu.be/VImt6CljWhA I sadly could not number all the gears. There is just is no room left.
Tips: This model looks especially good when you print the "all" file with Rainbow filament. That will give the whole Ball a rainbow appearance when it's closed. I used Protopasta's Nebula Multicolor Filament.
Troubleshooting: You can watch this Video: https://youtu.be/PWUoJc_Gc84 Please note. The hearts in the troubleshooting folder have the wrong numbers on them. But functionally they work fine.
The Connectors Break: I did add a few connectors to try if the basic connector called "connector" breaks. Some People had success by using PETG or just something stronger than PLA to print them. You can also try to scale the connectors so that thy fit better into the holes without breaking. I would only scale the dimensions that don't affect the length. Make sure to uncheck "uniform scaling" to not affect the length while scaling.
Too tight/don't turn easily: You can try to either scale the heart a little or make the connectors a little longer. This Ball is a little harder to turn then the Gear Ball due to more gears, but it shouldn't be an ex exercise.
