This is my ventilation grill for the 2nd expansion port of a HP Elite Mini 600 G9-Desktop-PC. I installed a fast NVMe M.2 SSD, which can get quite hot. That's why I designed an air intake for the back of the mini PC case. The air is sucked in by the main fan and blows past the SSD. You should still use thermal pads of good quality to connect the ssd to the motherbord and a passiv ssd cooler. This is simply to facilitate cooling air circulation. Note: The left fastening tab is screwed under the metal bracket. Note: Use supports for the 4 fastening tabs.
