General Information

I drew the models in SolidWorks. I printed the parts in PETG on my Artillery Sidewinder X1. The parts are glued together and the windmill is made from copper sheet.

 

You need 

M8x160 threaded rod (min.160 little bit longer is better)
2x 6002 DIN 625-1 bearings
2x M8 nuts 
Some sort of windmill/pinwheel
 

The Pinwheel is made just like a paper Pinwheel just out of metal. You need to cut the hole at the bottom of “Windrad_gehäuse” by yourself. Ether use Prusaslicer a CAD program or a Drill. 

You can find many tutorials on how to make a pinwheel.

General Information
I drew the model in Autodesk Inventor. I can confirm that it holds at least 80kg.

I made the connectors for:

wooden sticks with a 19mm diameter 
wooden board with 20mm thickness
But you can change the dimension as you like.

How to assemble
Cut the wooden stick to the correct length
Prepare the wooden board to your liking. I sanded the wood and applied a oil.
Drill a hole through the 3D printed part and the wood to screw in the screws later.

Print settings
Material
I used PLA but it depends on how and where you want to use the rack. If the rack will be exposed to higher heat, consider using PETG or other higher temperature materials like ABS, ASA, etc.

25% infill
no supports
raft or brim (if you have adhesion problems)

General Information
I wanted an easy to print and nice looking frame for some Lithophane's I have. Furthermore, it should use cheap lights with batteries. I couldn't find something I liked so I drew my own in Fusion360.

 

Parts and Tool
The Lights I used BXROIU 2 x 20er Micro LED

I used the Flat Lithophane Maker to create the Lithophane.

Filament Sunlu PLA+ white and Sunlu Wood

 

The settings I used
Lithophane Resolution (mm/pixel) 0,2
Width (mm) 170
Height (mm) 120
Depth (mm) 6
Base Height (mm) 3
Overhang Angle (deg) 60
Maximum Thickness (mm) 2,4
Minimum Thickness (mm) 0,6
The Width, Height and Depth are important. You need to use the same values as above or change the frame model. The other settings depend on the printer you are using. I used a modified Artillery Sidewinder X1 to print this model. 

 

My print settings
Lithophane:

0,4mm Nozzle 
0,2mm layer Hight
4 perimeter
100% infill
Frame:

0,6mm Nozzle 
0,3mm layer Hight
3 perimeter
30% infill
 

Assembly 
It's very simple: 

Thread the fairy lights through the hole on the back.
Bend the fairy lights so that they are nicely wrapped in the groove. Fix with hot glue if necessary.
Simply place the Lithophane in the slot provided.

I design the model in FreeCAD. It was tried pumping water but oil should work too. The pump needs to be primed.

**Material used**
Gaskets are printed in TPU
Gears are printed in PETG
Casing and Lid printed in PLA

**You need**
4x 608 Ball bearings (d=8mm D=22mm width=7mm)
16 Threaded insert M3
16 M3x12mm
2x 8mm Shaft min. length 60mm
some sort of lubricant (Silicon Spray, grease)

My first take at a vase.  I made the model in Fusion360 and printed it in PLA with a 0,3mm layer height.

You can print just the vase or print it with ornaments.

 

**You need:**
1 x Hex vase
80 x Ornament1 
32 x Ornament2 
some kind of superglue
 

**Materials used:**
BioFusion metallic grey by Extrudr
Prusament PLA Prusa Galaxy Black by Prusa

**General information**
As you might have guessed from the title, this is the 2nd version of my sanding wedge. I made the models in Autodesk Inventor. 

The new design is Fully 3d printed, no bolts or nuts needed.

**Technical details**

This sanding wedge is made for 50mm wide sandpaper. The sandpaper must be at least 310mm long for the original version and 225mm for the small version.

I recommend you buy a roll of Sandpaper that already has the desired width and then cut it to length.


**Print setting **
25% infill 
4 perimeters 
3 top and bottom layers 
material: PETG (for the body)
I found that these settings worked best for me. Also, other materials might work better than PETG.

You need

2x M8 nut

Hot glue (Optional)

General Information

I printed the parts in PLA, the base should be printed in PETG/ABS because it can endure more heat. The 3d Model was drawn in FreeCAD and I used the PrusaSlicer to slice the parts. I used hot glue to close the holes in the surface and to keep the screws in place. 

You are free to Remix my 3D Model but don't forget to post it so other users can benefit from the changes you have made.

Sanding Block

You need to print 3 parts:

screw_nut_holder

I used an M6 screw and nut to clamp the sandpaper down. The screw and nut are glued in place.

I used PLA but ABS would be better.
