These are fun because they are supposed to be bad. Anyone who's opened a SpongeBob popsicle knows that the placement of the eyes/mouth/teeth can be way off. So there's pretty much zero pressure while building these because the worse it looks, the better it is. Super fun project for the kids. We gave these to all of our relatives as Christmas tree ornaments and they were a big hit.

Lego Mario's feet fit into this Kart! Everything fits very snug but you may want to super glue some parts to make sure they stay in place. The wheels spin freely in their axles. You might also need to sand the axles a little if it's too tight.

There's two seat options, one with a Lego Mario insert, and one without.

Frame: Tree supports at 50% infill

Wheels: tree supports at 50% infill

Rear Axles: printed them vertically with brim and 100% infill. The rear axle is split up into two pieces because I had two failed attempts at one long piece.

Steering wheel: I printed mine upside down.

Motor: I did 25% infill but I recommend higher because of the small exhaust pieces.

Seat: 25% infill and you can print it right side up. No supports needed.

Small parts: A brim helped on my prints.

File names show how many you need to print(i.e. X2 means print two of that file.)

New castle and wall pieces for the board game Castle Panic. Replaces those cardboard pieces with a real 3D Castle! Includes fire pieces and the Wizard's Tower for "The Wizards Tower" Expansion and a Keep for the "Engines of War" Expansion.

The base is used to keep everything together. It passes the bump test. Tower and wall pieces slide into the pegs on the base. No need for glue or magnets.

Printing:

Fortification should be the only piece that will need supports. I tried to make sure supports were used as little as possible when modeling these files.

I used 10% infill on everything but if you're able to, I'd recommend higher infill on the lower parts of the towers so that they don't tip over so easily. The pegs pretty much solve this but either way, they work better with heavier lower sections. Should be easy print jobs.

Castle Panic Replacement Pieces

Not really movie accurate but it gets the job done! It's hollow to allow room for the pumpkin stem. Modelled in Maya and sliced in Cura.

Jack Skellington Pumpkin Santa Hat

This is a button mount that can be attached to the X-axis wheel plate of the Voxelab Aquila. I'm not sure if it will work on the Ender 3 V2, but it might since they're basically the same printer.

This will mount with the stock chassis bolts. Just unscrew the wheel plate bolt, and re-install with the mount.

I used Cura's timelapse plugin to move the print head to the button after each layer. The button triggered for me at 217.5mm but your set up may be different than this. I'd start at around 180 on the x axis and move it over in small increments until you find the right distance.

I used this [shutter cable](https://amazon.com/dp/B076DQKDPP?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details) to hook up to my Canon DSLR. Your camera might have a different connector.
