I needed a way to use a welding shade on my optivisor when working with platinum. I devised this magnetic bracket to mount on the front of my visor magnification and snap into place when needed. You will need m3 bolts and nuts to affix it to the visor and 6mm x 3mm rare earth round magnets (8 total).

This bracket was designed specifically to fit a Forney Lens that is 4.25" x 2" x 0.13" in size and specifically for the Donegan Optical Optivisor.

I have included the STEP file if you wish to alter the design to fit a smaller/larger lens or a different model of optical magnification.
