Attention, there is V2 as when I was designing this I didn't think about some stuff so I added them, but I didn't print this updated model. I'm only unsure about the switch if the top cover will fit as I think it should.

Things that came up during assembly that I didn't think about when designing:
No ON/OFF battery cutoff, the boost converter will drain the battery slowly.
Unable to see when the battery is charged (is visible from the rear only)

The ⌀ 4mm holes of the webcam mount are too small for any connector to pass through. You won't be able to change the number of links without removing the connector.

I've also uploaded a updated version that I didn't print out, so I'm not 100% sure that it will fit, but it incorporates some fixes:

Changed M10 thread to M12 for the holder and enlarged the hole to ⌀ 8mm (2 pin XH connector should be able to pass).
Added mount for a switch in the rear (10×15 SPST KCD11).

Battery powered LED desk lamp 6W

Created a gun stand designed for a shelf.

2 versions available: split and solid. Solid version is meant to be printed standing, while the split one is for horizontal printing. 

Split will have better details and print time but worse base finish and requires 2 M3×18 – M3×25 (DIN 965 / ISO 7046) per stand. Can also be printed without the second part.

Solid will have nicer base but will print slower and have worse overall details.

I'm not sure if it will work for real guns as I don't have access to any.

Replacement and longer version of mounts for Signum cable organizer.

80 mm version is close to the original one. 

Countersunk holes for the mounting are M5 (the original screws fit), while the top hole for the thumb screw is M8×1.25 thread (standard) with 20 mm lenght.

Added version with holes ("virutal fibers") to make the mount stronger.

A simple holder for 2.54mm dupont style connectors. Connector dimensions 2.54×2.54×12mm. If it's too tight, and you are using Cura, try setting horizontal expansion to -0.05mm. The walls thickness (0.8mm) is optimized for 0.4 nozzle.

I added a some variations as I've got 12mm and 14mm long connectors for some reason.

Update 2: after some track time using the drift tires, I would change the spokes to be on the inside of the rim or in the sidewall as of now they take significant amount the tread. And maybe add some heat set threaded inserts for the rims to have less screws and be more durable.


A drift tire + rim for my 144001. Frist time designing anything similar to a wheel.

Parameters:

70mm overall diameter, 12mm hex drive with M3 thread (stock parts). Wide version is 32mm and slim is 27mm. 8 spots per wheel for M2 (up to rim width length) screws to fix the tire to the rim, the spokes have 0.22mm clearance on them.

Support is needed for the wheel nut, the spokes have chamfer on them so no support needed there. Hole for the cvd screw is plugged as sacrificial layer.

The photos are of wide version on front, they slightly interfere with the printed front bumper.

Update 1:
Holes are now throught whole lenght, so you can mount the tire on the opposite side.
Lowered tolerance of the spokes from 0.25 to 0.22.

This is made from scratch but inspired by TeachingTech design. This is still work in progress.

Mine incorporates 2×18650 cells in parallel to feed 47 WS2812B LEDs.

The size is 225×225mm, the LED area is 222×201mm, the logo area is 212×191mm.

On the rear there are 2 keyholes 162mm apart.

There is ample room for wire spaghetti inside. 

I've used ESP-01 with WLED software.

* use a screw in the base instead of magnets (M3x18mm max with 6x2mm head, DIN 7985 / ISO 7045, DIN 965 / ISO 7046, DIN 84 will work).


Wiring:
===============
The wiring is not too complicated.

First, flash the WLED onto ESP01. Desolder the pins from AMS1117 and ESP01.

Solder a bridge or a resistor (any value above 1k and below 1M) to the ESP8266, from CH_PD to 3V3 to permanently enable the chip.

The outermost pins of the USB A output are +5V and GND.

Connect the 2 18650 in parallel, and lastly connect them to B+ and B- of 134N3P.

A small case for Hakko T12 soldering station clone. This is for 8 segment version not OLED with the JST-XH connector on the back.

At the moment my printer is not in the best shape so the print quality is not too good.

Soldering of the GX16-5 can be tricky as you need to solder it while the PCB is inside the case.

Rear screws are M2×8 with 4mm diameter head. Supports are recommended for the lid as the counterbore holes for the heads are floating and if the slicer will start from the hole it will print in air.

The rear DC connector is the 5.5×2.5 female jack.

As always STEP files are included, if you need a switch on the rear or something else. There is plenty of space between the rear lid and the body to fit most switches.

When my fans go 100%, the vibration make BLTouch deploy during printing, so I just smashed the heatsink mount stl with the remix of keevah and made this, so there are less vibrations.

Attention: this is for LED strips that aren't silicone coated, just for bare led strips. You'd need to make the slots larger to fit the silicone.

I bought some L shape PCBs for soldering LED strips together, the cost of PCBs with dedicated housings costs almost 4× the price of the PCBs alone, so I designed a bracket to hold them.

Mounting holes for the L piece are 4mm diameter and for the straight mounting bracket 3mm.

I modified the original design to fit the aftermarket (yellow/blue) springs for the bed.

All modifications:
* flipped the mount for the screw so now it's solid part on the bed, should be more sturdy and won't break the plastic because of the spring tension
* tighter tolerances for the cover mount (0.25mm instead of 0.4mm) - no need to reprint the cover
* enlarged the zip tie mount to fit zip ties up to 8mm × 1.6mm
