Cloudray HT30 Coolant Flow Sensor Mount with optional WAGO 221 Mounts

This is a mount for the HT30 Coolant Flow Sensor from Cloudray.

This is mount can be printed either with or without two WAGA connector mounts for easy connection/disconnection. The body of the mount has holes that line up with the screws on the sensor body so you need to replace the screws that come with the HT30 m4x14 screws that come with the sensor with m4x20 cap screws.

I recommend that you print this in PETG but it will print fine in PLA or PLA+. Use PCTG or some other higher temp allow if you expect the coolant to be warmer than 60C on a regular basis. Print it with 3 walls and 20% infill. If you print the one with the WAGA mounts use snug supports with no interface and a .23 top and bottom gap for PETG or .24 for PCTG.
