Adafruit MacroPad RS2040 switch plate

Did you buy the MacroPad barebones, like I did, and realized that you had no plate to anchor the switches to? Yeah, that happened. So, OpenSCAD to the rescue. I found the dimensions of the plate on Adafruit's site and with some BOSL magic I created a plate.
