Countersink Flush Mount
This part adds a countersink into a Multiboard Snap so a Tile can be screwed onto a surface.
Keep in mind, your tiles will not be removable unless you remove the screws. For a removable flush-mounted board, use the Snap (DS Part A) - ScrewOn Flush Mounts.
Printing Guidelines:
Use 3 perimeter wall thickness, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. Apart from that, use your printer's default settings.
The printing orientation is as provided in the file. Make sure the downloaded files are .STL. This part has been designed with a tolerance of 0.25 mm. Your printer will need to be able to bridge gaps of up to 30 mm for some designs.

im new to thangs...just came here for these files. whats the problem with thangs? free...seems easy to use.
Just worked out it was supposed to go in a snap, the image above isn't a tile. Doh
Thank you, now I understand how this part works.
Is it not easier to just use countersink screws in the smaller multiboard holes rather then printing this two extra bits?
Heads up, this solution is shaky at best. This is for a SNAP inside a tile. So you end up with 2 points where it is plastic holding on plastic. Okay for vertical strength I guess, but not for any sort of tension like a heavier item pulling away from the wall - it just slips through.
I'm unable to print this part on P1S - it always fails, no issue like that on any other component I've tried
what is the purpose on this? add support and strength?
Not sure what happened here but it printed out too small to fit the hole in the tile as shown above. Maybe half the size it should be
it goes inside of a snap.
