Hello everyone! For this Halloween, I had a number of guests visiting and needed something for them to put their drinks on. I came up with the solution to design and print off my own coasters rather than purchasing some from the store - which ended up being cheaper too! The coaster area where a drink can be placed is 90mm in diameter and has a small 2.5mm lip, so any spills or condensation will be caught within the coaster and not ruin your table.

The coaster has several different face designs that can be printed separate from the background color (backing plate) and the frame. This allows for a multitude of different color combinations. Everything can be printed on a single-color 3D printer. All parts have a 0.5mm gap so they should print and fit together on any printer.

Print Settings: (0.4mm nozzle, 80mm/s overall speed, Slicer: Ultimaker Cura 4.8)
Wound up going with a lower quality as I needed to print a lot of them out quickly. Still turned out good looking. Of course, you can lower the layer height and line width settings and get a higher detailed model.

Frame, Stem, Backing Plate, & All Faces: 0.3mm layer height, 0.5mm line width, 2 walls & 3 top & bottom layers, 10% zigzag infill, 80mm/s print/infill speed, 45mm/s top/bottom speed, 50mm/s outer wall speed, 60mm/s inner wall speed, no support needed, skirt only. Printed in Matterhackers PLA.

Rear Tube Extension for the Flashforge Creator Pro (Old Version). Original tube holders didn't hold filament out far enough. These hold it about centered with the Rear Spool Holders also on my dashboard and allows for nice unspooling of the filament.  Fits into the original tube holder mounts on back of printer.

Rear Tube Extension for FF Creator Pro (Old Version)

Rear Filament Spool Holder for the Flashforge Creator Pro (Old Version). You will need to print two for each side. Original spool holders didn't hold spool out far enough and was a pain to try and fit the spool onto the holders with how I have the printer placed. 

These allow for removal of the spool holder cylinder and easy placement of the spool onto the holders from above or behind - also works with placement onto the holder from either end! Works well with my Rear Tube Extension for the Flashforge Creator Pro (Old Version).

Door Handle Casing made to go around some ugly door knobs. You will need to print two. Put them in between the handles before installing the handles and other hardware. Made to work with unknown door handles - may or may not work with your handles.

Corn Holder I made to replace a cracked one. You will need two small nails/screws to put into the model. While 3D printing, stop the print halfway when it is printing the cavities and put the nails/screws in. You may need to hold the screws still until it prints over them.

Hello everyone! This is the Light Diffuser that goes into the Main Body. Insert from either front or back cavity and secure with glue (or don't!). No supports necessary. Part is asymmetrical on purpose - don't mirror in slicer for other side. Just print the same part twice and insert into body. Set line width at 0.50mm and layer height to 0.25mm for best results as part is designed around those parameters. Works best when printed in either white or yellow filament. There are two cavities, one on the front and one on the back, so you are able to have two different faces on it at a time or just have a single face and a blank side. I also have included a light diffuser panel that not only makes each cutout look better but also allows each cutout to be seen without seeing straight through and out the other side of the model.
