This tiny spool is really handy when you need to divide down a large spool so that many printers can use that filament at once or even just to use up small samples you may have. When full the spool holds about 100m of 1.75mm filament.

The design prints without support and is press fitted together. Catches hold the two parts securely together.

The inner diameter of the spool is designed to friction fit to the end of a drill to enable speedy spooling!

The STL files contain solid models but if you'd like the hexagonal pattern shown in the pictures use the 3mf files. They apply settings which make the first 2mm print without top or bottom layers and with 10 perimeter walls.
