Overview
This isn’t your average toy sword. I designed it so you can set the grip and blade to fit any hand and print bed space. No more oversized, awkward handles.
Ā  The blade prints in flexible TPU for safer play, and you can make it as long or short as you need. The grip diameter and length are both adjustable in the customizer, so every sword is made to actually fit the person using it.
Ā  Four parts, easy to assemble, and tough enough for daily chaos. Perfect for costumes, play, or just because you want something better than the usual off-the-shelf stuff.

Printing Tips
Printing Technology:Ā FDM Layer Height:Ā 0.2 mm Perimeters:Ā 4 Infill:Ā 10% Infill Pattern:Ā Gyroid Recommended Material:Ā PLA, TPU, ABS, PETG Supports:Ā No Support Type:Ā None

Notes:

  • Set maximum diagonal print bed size to ensure blade is not too long.
  • For a softer blade set infill to zero. If using zero infill, align blade on bed so bridging goes across the blade, not length wise.
